I was so pleased when the service manager BRET accepted my discount coupon for an oil change even though it was out of date by the time I had permission to drive again. At the dealership an energetic young lady named BRIANNA BERGLOF checked in my vehicle. She had a pleasant smile and a “can-do” attitude. I purchased a Toyota Highlander, absolutely love the car had an amazing salesman by the name of Eli, he was not pushy which made my husband and I made comfortable to weigh our options when buying the car, communicates very well, just an overall nice humble man trying to provide for his family.
