Always great customer service, went in for a transmission fluid change, and noticed my vehicle on the monitor as I pulled in. The alignment was off slightly. I inquired about how the machine works, and the customer service representative explained to me how it worked. After speaking about it, I asked if it would be possible to get that completed as well. As long as it wasn't an inconvenience. He looked at me with sincerity and assured me it wasn't. Always a great experience driving down to there as it's about 45 minutes from my home location, I would choose them every time.

Restrooms were very clean, waiting area was playing terrible judge Judy on three monitors at same time, please turn her off, quiet time waiting on a car is better than judge Judy. Waiting area was clean and had plenty of seating, tables and places to charge phones. Had free wifi. There are a few places to walk to if bored while waiting. Please like review if it was helpful so I know how to improve reviews
