Ian Cochran in the service department was awesome. We've been having issues with getting my wife's Odyssey to start, and thought we had resolved it, but the problem kept popping back up. Since her car kept not starting, I just drove it down to Jay Wolfe Honda this morning, without an appointment or anything, and expected to be without a car for several days.
